CMTBC’s 2019 Annual General Meeting will take place July 17, 2019, 1:00-3:30 pm, at the Holiday Inn Vancouver-Centre, 711 W. Broadway, Vancouver. For directions, see the map.
There are eight items on the agenda. Among the items are the Board Chair’s Report, Registrar’s Report, Audit Report and 2018 Financial Statements, a presentation by Dr. Susan Glover Takahashi on behalf of the Quality Assurance Committee, and questions on reports. See the full agenda (PDF).
After the presentation of reports, there will be an opportunity to ask questions. Questions that cannot be answered at the AGM will be posted on the CMTBC website, along with answers, following the AGM.
After the AGM, if a registrant wishes to ask a question that was not asked at the meeting, he/she may do so by emailing the question to [email protected] by August 2, 2019. Emailed questions will only be accepted from registrants, who must supply their name and RMT number. The College will publish the answers on its website.
Annual Report and Financial Statements
Registrants are encouraged to review the 2018 Annual Report (PDF) and 2018 Audited Financial Statements (PDF) in advance of the meeting. The Audited Financial Statements present information about CMTBC’s financial position and its operations. As required by CMTBC’s Bylaws, this information, together with a report from the auditor, will be presented at the 2019 AGM.
