CMTBC updates return to practice guidelines and adds FAQs.
Dr. Bonnie Henry has released a letter to BC’s regulated health professionals on the resumption of health care services, beginning the week of May 19, 2020.
RMTs may resume massage therapy practice from May 19 onward as long as they implement a plan that follows CMTBC’s interim guidelines for return to practice.
Reminder to registrants: CMTBC’s online course provides comprehensive instruction on standards of practice and is free of charge.
RMTs whose Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification has expired, or will expire during the period that training is not available in person, are asked to contact CMTBC.

CMTBC is pleased to announce a joint funding agreement with the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of BC that will enable RMTs to complete the College’s mandatory Boundaries and Consent course free of charge.
