CMTBC has updated the Interim Guidelines for Return to Practice (COVID-19) to be consistent with the Provincial Health Officer’s order requiring that face coverings be worn in public indoor spaces, with some exemptions. Revisions to the Interim Guidelines, which state that masks are required by public health authorities in all public indoor settings for individuals aged 12+, reflect the PHO’s order.

To support RMTs in communicable disease prevention, the Interim Guidelines outline recommended measures to be implemented in practice settings. Please read and become familiar with the updated Interim Guidelines for Return to Practice (COVID-19).

CMTBC will also be updating FAQs about the Interim Guidelines, and will inform RMTs when the updates have been posted.
