COVID-19 screening results – do they belong in a patient’s health record?

RMTs have asked CMTBC what they should do with the results of COVID-19 pre-screening obtained the day before an appointment, and the in-person screen results obtained the day of a patient’s massage therapy appointment. Do these screening results constitute part of the patient health record?
