Disciplinary Actions

Michelle Gaudet, Former RMT

Nature of Action: On January 12, 2022, the Registrar issued a citation to former registrant Michelle Gaudet under section 37 of the Health Professions Act. Ms. Gaudet was a registrant at the time of the events described in the citation, but subsequently resigned her registration.

The citation notifies Ms. Gaudet that the Discipline Committee will conduct a hearing to inquire into the following allegations:

  1. That she violated section 65.1 of CMTBC’s Bylaws, and in the alternative committed unprofessional conduct, by failing to attend an interview which was required by the Inquiry Committee under s. 65.1 of the Bylaws; and
  2. That she violated section 28 of CMTBC’s Code of Ethics in effect at the applicable time, and therefore s. 75 of the Bylaws, and in the alternative committed unprofessional conduct, by failing to respond to inquiries, requests and directions from the College in relation to the required interview in a professional, responsive and timely manner [particulars omitted].

Hearing Dates and Location: The hearing is scheduled to be heard virtually on the following dates: April 12 and 13, 2022, commencing at 9:30 a.m. each day.
